David joined the leadership team in March 2025 after serving as a key financial consultant to the Company for the preceding year. With nearly two decades of experience in financial reporting and accounting, he brings deep expertise in SEC filings, GAAP compliance, IPO preparation, internal controls, and financial systems implementation. Before his work with MDWerks, David led the accounting team at Fresh Notion Financial Services and previously held senior financial roles at Nexeo Solutions, a multibillion-dollar chemical and plastics distributor, and earlier positions at Geokinetics Inc., LBB & Associates Ltd., LLP, and UHY, LLP. David earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
