Ted Kratovil is a leading policy and PR advisor with 45 years of leadership with quantifiable results in crisis management, public policy, fundraising and corporate philanthropy involving U.S. Federal, State and Local Government Relations and International Government Relations focused in Canada, Western Europe and the Pacific Rim. Ted joined U.S. Tobacco in 1985 and was a member of the management committee as SVP with responsibility for Global Government Relations, a multi-million dollar department of over 35 employees and 100 consultants. Since 2009, Ted has been the Managing Director of Global Public Strategies LLC, which offers Corporate and Crisis Management Consulting, Executive Management Coaching, Public Policy Formulation and Strategy and Government Advocacy. Ted is experienced in Freedom to Operate issues such as product restrictions and bans, advertising restrictions and bans, age to purchase, product harm reduction, taxes and international market access. Ted previously served as Chairman of the Gaming Policy Board for the State of Connecticut as well as many other Connecticut elected committees.
